Job Summary

BuildFrame is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will plan, design, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet industry standards, budget expectations, and client requirements. You will play a key part in shaping safe, sustainable, and high-quality structures for our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and manage civil construction projects

  • Perform site inspections and feasibility studies

  • Analyze surveys, maps, and data to prepare project plans

  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers

  • Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets

  • Provide technical advice and resolve construction challenges

  • Maintain thorough documentation of projects and progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Proven experience in civil engineering or construction project management

  • Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Solid understanding of safety standards and local regulations

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
