Job Summary
BuildFrame is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our on-site teams. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to assist with building, demolition, and site preparation. You will work closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to ensure construction projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move building materials and tools
Assist with digging, leveling, and grading work areas
Operate hand and power tools safely
Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe environment
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades as needed
Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment
Report any site hazards or incidents to supervisors
Perform other general labor tasks as directed
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Familiar with basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
