Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work with wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components to ensure safe and reliable power distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
Perform routine maintenance and testing of electrical systems
Troubleshoot electrical problems and make repairs in a timely manner
Comply with all safety codes and regulations
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure projects
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
Proven experience as an electrical technician or electrician
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or related field
Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards
Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Physically fit and able to work in diverse environments
Valid electrical license (if required by local regulations)
