Job Summary
BuildFrame is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout each project. Your leadership will help deliver successful builds on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors
Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials
Monitor project timelines and ensure targets are met
Enforce strict safety and quality control standards
Resolve issues or conflicts quickly and effectively
Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on progress
Maintain accurate records of site activities and incidents
Train and mentor on-site staff as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman
Solid knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
Relevant certification or diploma in construction supervision preferred
